Background information

Gregg S. Matekel has been a real estate developer, custom home builder and a successful real estate sales professional since 1982. Gregg is an Associate Broker licensed in the State of Michigan and the State of Florida. He is a member of the Emmet Associaion of Realtors, Saginaw Board of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Graduating from Western Michigan University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Management, Gregg has always worked in the real estate arena in sales, managing a real estate office, owner of a Title Insurance Agency and General Contractor of a residential construction firm.

Gregg has been actively involved through-out the State of Michigan in many real estate developments and sales. My specialty is placing families in the home they have always dreamed of. If we find you a current home or build to your wishes, the outcome will be greater than your expctations. I also take pride in having great communication with my sellers and selling their properties worry free.
